Inclusive Leadership From the Family Perspective in Compulsory Education

Distributed and pedagogical leadership plays a key role in the creation upholding of inclusive school practices as strategy for improvement success management quality education students. Aims: describe, through an perspective, actions initiatives implemented to promote attention diversity by teams, from point view families. Methodology: Descriptive-exploratory design with cross-sectional, quantitative focus. Sample: 25 schools (public schools, N = 18, charter 7) 631 These families completed questionnaire, “Leading compulsory-education schools-families”. Results: identifying strategies aimed at prevention truancy environment that generates respect, recognition appreciation different needs their Conclusions: Actions taken are advancing development culture where family role. Some focus on respecting students educational community order develop climate. However, should both make aware importance benefits participation school.
